Its almost the end of my trip, im in Tokyo now! i dont have any photo yet, but will update separate post when i get home!:)

Saw some DIY posted by Liparazzi which was inspired by http://www.honestlywtf.com/ and i knew i just had to try it out!

Shop for the materials the next day and do it at that very day!

The exam was over a few days before so i need my own fun. Yeah, i consider making bracelet is fun. Not that i think it's weird, but because it doesn't seem like young people my age love to do.

Getting wasted and harm themselves is considerable fun for them?

Anyone of you who loves steak, don't miss this place!
Its a bit on the expensive side, but i don't remember how much. Lets just assume around USD100+/person, but i really don't remember.
Make reservation a few days in advance.
How to get there: Taxi or by MTR which is around 10 minutes walk, or go downstair if you stay at Intercontinental Hotel. LOL

8 types of salt to go along with your steak. Just love it when the salt melts in your tongue... Argh i'm hungry as i'm typing this now!

And they have around 8 types of knifes for you to choose. I didn't know what to choose, so i just chose randomly.

The steak, forgot what i chose, if i'm not wrong, it's NY Strip 400gr, and i can actually finish it! HAHAHA.

And they also have awesome view because the place is just behind The Avenue of The Stars. Then after you are done with your meal, take a stroll along The Avenue of The Stars! :)

Well i actually eat in so many places in HK, but not many were worth to be shared! Another one is a ramen place called Hakata Ipuddo which they claim is very famous in NYC, i don't know if it's true, you can do your due diligence, but i can tell you, the ramen is super yummy! LOL

The portion is quite small because i think it was quite inexpensive? The first one is wasabi ramen, your can taste the wasabi slightly and it's very nice. The second one is the typical ramen, forgot the name, which is also ohhh so nice!!

So what i suggest you to do, is to visit the Steakhouse if you are an avid steak fans, because they have awesome review from Tripadvisors, which means that i'm not the only one!:)
And go to Hakata Ippudo, try the ramen, if you know any other place have more awesome ramen, DO LET ME KNOW!:)

Arghh I wanted to rob this Lush store! LOL

If only i was staying in the US, i'd have started my own soap making experiment because it looks like so much fun!

View from the hotel room! I hated living in an apartment for a while, now because of this, i want to live in an apartment again!! Such an amazing view to wake up to every morning. I just wonder what happen if there's fire, how on earth am i supposed to escape from 30 storey high!

Christmas dinner at home this year! Cancelled the reservation the day before. Ham and log cake we got from Mandarin Orchard, damn the ham is damn heavy!

Tiny christmas presents, 3 Hello Kitty jewelries from Poh Heng! Been wanting those but i dont think i'll wear them all the time, it's just so cute but sooo childish and too cute!

LOL a few weeks ago I was sent this Macaroons by Canele from Zuji simply because I replied to their email on offer of free macaroons. Never tried macaroons before because the colorful kind of turns me off, turns out it was heavenly!! So going to get macaroons in the future!!:)

I have been wanting to get a new dog for quite sometime, after looking around for a few weeks, I decided to get this Beagle puppy. I wanted to get Mochi, my silky terrier, a brother too. Turns out, the 1 year old Mochi is scared of this 2 months old Beagle. LOLLL. Video below, when I brought the baby beagle home.:)

Gpt my haircut done by Caely Tham from Shunji Matsuo 313! Paid $64 for haircut+ wash+ blow dry and im really happy with the result. The front result was not captured well by my camera, but i really love it! I just explained to her wanna get a few inches off and trusted her for everything else!:)

Some of you may have heard about this news where a toddler in China was hit by a car and it was in a crowded place, 18 people passed by but nobody helped. Then the girl was ran over by 2nd car and nobody helped then finally this woman saw the toddler lying on the street then start screaming and looking for her mum. The little passed away yesterday, CMIIW. So there was this newspaper article i saw yesterday mentioning that there was a case in China court a few years back where an old lady sued a young men who helped her and the Judge ruled that:

Only guilty parties offer help to other people

(my own version of word because i cant remember exactly)

So the old lady won and thats what the young man get for helping. I guess now everyone is more scared to help other. But it's no excuse, how can you have a heart to let a toddler lying on the street and get run over twice??

BF brought me to see Lion King show which is ending end of this month, for more info please refer to the photo below. LOL. Anyway it was awesome, spectacular show with so much effort was put inside.

BF came back yesterday and he promised me my bday present, since he was away during my bday.:(

I kinda forced him not to buy anything expensive because lately i have been in a really really stingy mode, like really stingy. I kinda expected designer bag so i closed my eyes and spread my arm WIDE. Then i opened my eyes, i was so awwwwwww. He got me this:

I was actually kind of against diamond because i know its being controlled by the company above. Yes very ironic, i'm against diamond then he got me from the company itself. I'm just happy that he is very thoughtful, because i had this necklace that i kind of lost (misplaced somewhere in this house) and a few weeks ago i complained: ' Look at me, I look so dull, no jewelries, no nothing, where's my necklace?'

I was really surprised because his taste and my taste is kind of different that's why i asked him to buy me something cheaper because i thought if he picked me a pricey handbag and if i don't really like it, it hurts! LOLL. And he ended up picking this simple, elegant diamond pendant.

Awww i was so surprised, in a good way!

I wanted to get so so so many Longchamp because it's ALMOST half the price in France, but many colors that i wanted was out of stock and i ended up with mostly dark color! Me want some bright pretty Longchamp le pliage!! Well i wanted Longchamp because he can get me many of them because its not bulky! Then because most colors was out of stock, i ended up with only these.loll

Random: Snack i'll be munching for these next few days.:)

As usual, i ended up not posting things that i promised i would post! Im so bad!

On a related note, i'm just wondering, is it safe where you live now to wear say diamond, say 1ct on the street,public transport etc? Please elaborate more, i'm always curious how it's like in other country.
My answer :
1. Singapore: pretty much safe, you can wear diamond and walk down the street, take the train and bus etc. Well unless you are in a bad bad bad luck. Lol. I never heard anything happened though
2. Indonesia: don't! Just in case you are in a bad luck and someone would cut your finger to get your ring. Ouch! Well my sister sometimes wear her engagement ring only if she is driving to somewhere safe. I keep telling her not to though, but she won't listen.:( everytime i go to Indo i leave most jewelries here and i wear my cheapest watch etc.hehe

I'm soooo glad my order arrived a few days ago and i just have to share! So the thing is, I like watches but i dont splurge on luxury watches all the time, otherwise i don't have money to eat. Well obviously i don't eat money, i mean to spend on food. Im being weird.

Anyway, since i've always been so jealous that you guys who lives in the US have Macy's, Nordstrom etc., because everything else is more expensive here in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia, Europe etc. So my friend told me there's this website that sell discounted watches, from Michael Kors, Seiko, Citizen, to Cartier, Rolex, etc. at discounted price and they ship worldwide!! They are rated A+ from Better Business Bureau with over 20,000 reviews, but i was still skeptical so i decided to place a small order and they arrived within 10 days. The package was carefully packed in a JUMBO box, didn't take photo because i was too eager to check out the inside.

This Michael Kors watch retails $120 at Macy's and i got this only $107 from here. Heard that Michael Kors is coming to Singapore and i can bet you its going to be so overpriced here!

This Timex retails $40 on their website and i got this only $ 23 from here!

This is for the BF coz i love how MACHOOOO it looks!! ahhahaha and its only $86 here!!

Back in Singapore. good bye LA!

Im now back home in Singapore. LA for 3 weeks was more than enough for me. I quit school even before the classes started. I actually posted a rather stressful blog post a few days ago when i was in LA, alone, miserable and frustrated. This time im not posting why LA was too much for me, but if anyone is curious, feel free to comment or email me.:D

Now im back home in Singapore!!:D Its rather boring here but its safe and comfortable so maybe im staying here until i know what i want to do next. Yesterday i swam with my lovely puppy, Mochi, check it out, he is wayyyy too adorable, well at least thats how i feel.:)

I have been in LA for more than one week but never had a chance to update my blog! Sorry about that!
This is gonna be pointless blog post since i dont have time to arrange this post! Hehe

Just wanna show off this thing that is unusual for me! Well not for you, but for me! $15 AT&T phone! LOL

Just outside Grauman Chinese Theater. Look at my not so scary but silly facial expression, im so not a good actress!

My Dream Car that i thought i would like, so i rented this car. The worst car i have handled so far. Outta my list!:(

Ford Escape, my second dream car (yeah i have a thing for American car), quite good handling, but its a bit too big and my parking skill isnt that good so tomorrow im going to car dealer and try other car. Maybe Prius, since its smaller and i can feel my heart pain everytime i see JUMBO SUV around in LA and how much gas is wasted just like that!

Dont know what to say, im not settled down yet, i havent got my driver's license, ugh! busy busy busy!

Just an update, i will be going to Jakarta for my F-1 US student visa interview and i have been nervous every single day!! If i get my Visa, im going to Los Angeles end of July because i have my orientation on early August and i'm so excited!! Although i haven't got my accomodation and don't know which car i will be getting.

Just sharing a secret, my driving is not even that good, ever since i moved to Singapore, i never drive anymore because my house is located perfect for all the public transport! Well i still have my driving skill from my experience in Jakarta which I can PROUDLY say is one of the worst in traffic in the world!:D
I'm so proud i was trained in the hardest terrain so i can survive anywhere else!

Anyway, with all the packing out my things (Like i'm so confident i will get my visa), visa application and allthe nervousness, i looked back to my old photos that was taken 3 months ago on my holiday with bf to phuket, how i wish i could go back!!

On the boat to the private beach, it was quite scary, its not a speed boat, its called long tail boat, google it!:D
every single day we were there, we go to the beach and everytime i had to get on the boat, i was scared to death!

The awesome private beach, it was so quiet, unlike the public beach in patong. i didn't even go to the public beach coz i saw the photos online, its so crowded! we spent like half the day here! OMG i miss this place more!

Shooting range in Phuket. Really wanted to try a real pistol really badly but i was damn scared! After bf tried then he said he didn't think i could handle it! Dang i should have prove him wrong. Nahhh, I'm sure instead of proving him wrong, i would have had the gun's pressure pushing my hand away and hit my forehead which would ruin my holiday with my swollen forehead. Glad i didn't try to prove him wrong. :D

Beauty product I couldn't live without part 1

Finally i'm sharing some of the beauty product that i have stick with for a few months to two years!
Here's just a preview. Below, there will be a little more detailed review. :)

Mandom Cleansing Express (sebum)

I didn't exactly count how many bottles i have used. But I think this might be my 9th bottle. This makeup remover is alcohol free, oil free and colorant free. I have been using this since i moved to Singapore 2 years ago, some of you might have seen my Sasa haul post, 2 years ago. I use this to remove my makeup by pumping 2 pumps to a cotton pad and repeat it one more time. It says that there is no need to wash your face afterward because it also moisturize your skin but i always wash my face afterward because I feel a bit funny if I don't do it. I even use this on my eye without irritating my eyes at all. This removes ALL my makeup including any Maybelline waterproof mascara that i have tried, except for this one Kanebo waterproof mascara that can be hardly removed. With everyday use, this bottle can last me for almost two months.

Where to get: Sasa, any asian beauty store. Bought in Sasa Hongkong way cheaper than Sasa SG. Cost around USD 12.

Clinique Brush-On Cream Liner in black

First of all, i'm very good at taking photos. Yeah you know I'm being sarcastic. You can barely see anything from the photo, but i have to swear by this product. This comes with a tiny eyeliner brush but i threw it away, I didn't give it a chance for me to try so i don't know if it's any good. I have been using this particular eyeliner for more than two years, almost every single day but it still hasn't dried out yet! I usually don't like Clinique product but this one really got me. I haven't even reach half of the tube yet. This has also last me through my heavy crying, super hot sunny sweaty long day and don's smudge at all. Two years, everyday, more than half full, waterproof.

ELF Small Precision Brush

On to the ELF Small Precision Brush. I have been using this to apply the Clinique gel liner. Best USD 3 I have ever spent. This brush don't shed at all. It works wonderfully to apply gel liner because it's not too soft or too stiff, it's just nice. Don't forget the price, it's so affordable!

Where to get: E.L.F, ebay, selected walmart? Do your own research! LOL i'm bad!

The Clinique eyeliner & Etude proof 10 swatches

Etude Proof 10 lip tint in Red

I couldn't take a decent photo of the lip tint, so i just steal from the internet. But as you can see form my first photo, mine still has 60% left. I have been using this for one year, around 5 applications per week. This thing gives me the healthy red lips that I don't naturally have. This stays for approximately two hours only. I use this by applying the lip tint followed by lip balm for healthy lips that is my go-to routine. And no, i don't bother to try and compare to Benefit Benetint because I can barely finish this tube and I have self control! Hahahahhahaha. I don't do lip swatch because I can't take clear photo of lip swatch, eye makeup, even the close up of the product. I seriously have no idea, my camera is quite good for panoramic photo, but it just hates small objects!

Where to get: any Etude House, Gmarket, ebay, any asian beauty store.

The Body Shop Aloe Toner Calming

I don't normally like The Body Shop product but I love this product. Bought this a few months ago and posted the haul here. I wanted a toner that is free from all the heavy chemical so I skipped Shiseido, etc.

This toner is free from preservative, color, fragrance, and alcohol. I don't like the conventional way of applying toner, like tapping on the face directly or using cotton pad, so I transferred the toner to a spraying bottle and just spritz to my face after shower on 3 areas and feel so refreshed! Then I continue to the serum or moisturizer, depends on my skincare routine.

Yeay I'm done with this post. FYI, I'm blogging at 4AM because I had The Coffee Bean original mocha ice blended size small at 4PM yesterday. So I slept at 11PM, woke up at 2AM and couldn't go back to sleep maybe because the caffeine makes my heart beats stronger. AWESOME. The ice blended was good though. But it's definitely not worth all this trouble sleeping. Anyway, if you have any question, suggestion, etc just comment here! :)

Jakarta trip

Went to Jakarta for weekend trip with the BF. Hehehe

As you all know, i rarely post hotel room picts, because if nothing's special about it, why would i post it right? So this is a hotel recommendationn from me, next time you visit Jakarta, stay at Nikko Hotel http://www.nikkojakarta.com/

It's a five stars hotel, so it can be a little bit pricey, but you can always do your homework, google and find the best deal you can get! The hotel is located right in the middle of Jakarta where all the luxurious hotels are. You can also walk to two shopping malls right across the hotel. Let's check out the room. If i'm not wrong, this is the cheapest a.k.a smallest room (i'm a cheapo).

The room very spacious. They have LCD with local and cable.

View from the bathroom. Don't worry, there's a solid curtain(?), u know, those things you roll from the top to cover the window. LOLLL i'm so smart! If anyone can tell me what it's called?

View from the hotel at night. It's not too clear, but across are those two malls i was referring too. Those two malls are huge!

On Sunday morning, i woke up and saw this! No car or motorbike? It's usually packed with cars. Turns out its the ' car free day'. Every 1st and 3rd Sunday every month, they do this. I love local food, and the best is usually served by locals on their 'gerobak', but i'm usually too scared to go to the street and snack there, so this was a perfect opportunity. Get out of the hotel, everwhere is gerobak! YEAY!

I didn;t take any picture of the gerobak, too busy walking around and take pict of BF and me. LOL

Gado- gado from gerobak that i never had a chance to eat. Warned BF that he might get food poisoning because most people if they have been eating healthy and hygienic food all their life, very prone to food poisoning. I'm not saying that gerobak food is not hygienic, for me it is. Just be sure to bring your food poisoning medication when you visit other country. If you don't feel well, don't just goole some hospital, ask the hotel concierge, they usually know better.

I didn't take many rides since i have heard rumours about accidents happened. I have no idea if it's true or not, just for a precaution, don't! I soooo want to visit 6 flags someday!

Travelling in Jakarta, you can take the cab or rent a car. But i don't find it convenient to have to find taxi many times a day, since we visited lots of place in short time, so we rented a car with a driver. I have driver's license but i seriously scared to death to drive in Jakarta plus i'm not good with direction.
Seriously i recommend you to rent a chauffeured limo ( sounds fancy huh? no its just car with a driver). I mean where else you can get a chauffeured limo for around US$150 per 12 hours, which is more than enough because you will be exhausted on hour 10th anyway. :)

Mannnn, some of you might find this disgusting or scary because they don't look pretty, but they taste THE BEST! BF said that there is no way he can find any food in Singapore better than in Indonesia. Oh man, i missed it alraedy. Going back to Jakarta in another 2 weeks!

There are also some tips if you plan to visit Jakarta. Leave all your important belongings in hotel safe.
Wear cheap watches, cheap phones, leave all expensive jewelry home if possible. Don't bring credit cards, debit card, ID, just bring cash.I mean it's not worth the risk if you get robbed, right? I'm not saying that Jakarta is not safe, but it's worth taking precautionary step when you visit other country. If you feel like helping others, separate some small changes from your main wallet, so when you walk down those streets and see beggars, mum carrying their babies you can give them some small changes without flashing your money. Small money for us can feed them you know. Or if you want to make sure they use the money to feed the kids etc, why don't you just buy them some food, like bread etc.:)

Bitten by a cat + A&E at the hospital = lesson learnt

This whole thing happened last night.
Boyfriend and I walking home after renting dvd, just want to stay home and rest.
Saw something like this and decided to feed it with bread that we bought from 7/11.
It was not a cat but not a kitten anymore

It was pretty reluctant at first and so paranoid to get near me.
Then i fed almost the entire bun.
When we ran out of bread, i decided to caress the cat.
BF was so surprised the stray cat wasn't scared of me anymore.
What you need to know is that BF has adopted TWO stray cats before.
So when he asked me t pick the cat up, I did.
The story goes pretty scary, the cat struggled, I was shocked, didb't want to drop the cat on the floor so i keep holding him.
MEOW! RAWR! ARGHH! The last scream was mine, the cat scratched and bite my left thumb!
BF keep apologizing and ask me to go hospital for his piece of mind. I didn't want because i felt silly + i know this Emergency at Mt. Elizabeth Hospital is EXPENSIVE! Last time i went there because i have terrible ulcer on my tongue and i felt silly paying.
BF keep apologizing on our way to hospital (don't worry its only 3 minutes drive)
I told him, " You are the one telling the doctor what my problem is, i'm so embarassed"
Reach the hospital, see the doctor.
Doctor: " What's the problem?"
BF: " She was bitten by a CAT."
AWESOME
Doctor: " Next time don't play with stray cat, they are afraid of humans."
Lesson learnt, thanks.
Doctor: " Give you anti tetanus shot."
Nurse do the injection and cleaning the TINY wound.....

Gave BF a sharp look.....
BF: for precaution and piece of mind....
On our way home, i said : " Lesson learnt is next time don't listen to you."
Because my instinct said not to carry the cat but because i thought BF is more experienced so i listen to him
He said: " Lesson learnt is listen to yourself, not anybody else."
I guess he is right.
Quite cheap and harmless for a lesson to listen to yourself because it's very important and people make the same mistake all the time.
Just want to share the experience and lesson.
Oh one more thing, don't play with stray cat.
One more, don't try to carry stray cat.
I'm quite embarassed to post this story.

Hongkong trip+ haul

6 days in Hongkong+ Sasa + Bonjour(Sasa-a-like-store) + food + bf who courage me to shop = YOU TELL ME

My outfit on my 3rd and 4th day, head to toe bought on that trip except the watch. Fourth day, bought new watch. Mean shop a lot! Seriously everything is cheaper in HK compared to SG, it was heaven!

Didnt take a lot of pict since im very shy to have my pict taken by other people, the picts turns out to be awkward. if it was just me alone in my room, i can pose like a monkey!

Bought a Birkenstock because we walked a lot and my feet were killing me and i couldnt imagine if i can survive till 6 days without comfortable footwear. No glamorous outfit, sandals and cotton dress. boohooo

Anyway in Sasa and Bonjour in Hongkong, you can find single sample size perfume ANYWHERE. Check them out, sometimes you can find good perfumes.

Bought some Body Shop stuff on impulse, kind of regret my whole purchase though, because i dont find their stuff is good, although i love the brush because its the only ceramic brush i have tried. I also have their kabuki brush, other than that, i usually regret all my previous haul.

Anyway i had this Henna (is it what its called?) done a few weeks ago, there was some kind of charity stand for college student going to India to help out,so i thought I'll give it a try since i have enver had a henna tattoo before, and i LOVE it! The pict was taken right when i reach home, it was orange-y and the next day it settles into beautiful light brown. Although some part fades faster because i wash my hand often.hehehe

See my adorable silky terrier puppy?His name is Mochi. In this pict he was 2 weeks old and i wanted to blog about him but i couldnt upload photos back then and now he is 6 months old! I should get more up to date picture of him. Hehehehe

Anyway, remember my NYE trip to HK? Didnt haul much because i dunno why i wasnt in the mood to shop. I also didnt take many pict because im one of those whose weight gain would transfer to the face first which mean once i gain a few kilos, my head would look gigantic which would look very obvious in photos! ( I know, i hate it! It mean i cant go crazy munching during holiday if i want to keep some photos from the holiday) hehehhe

if im not mistaken,Superstars of Dance is on NBC and they have solo,duet and group contestant from USA,Ireland,Russia,India,China,Australia,South Africa and Argentina.my fave is Australia,USA,Russia and South Africa.some of the dances gives me goose bumps.haha.i wonder what would happen if i watch them live !haha
i dont really like dance but this show is very entertaining !hehehe

you should watch this one,well the latest one has more WOW moment because of the difficulty but the timing is worse so u shud watch this one !

on my last post i mentioned sims and looks like many of u also LOVE sims.lol.these are printscreen of SIMS 3.i dont play this anymore because i actually love their expansion packs and i dont think they are available yet.:(

my bathroom,yeah i got audio player in the bathroom,its a must for me !!haha.and the window hahahah well make sure its not see through.loll

u can see i love windows.haha.coz its still the original one,not many choices of furniture which is the crucial part for me.grrr.hehehe

anddd.... u can actually visit ur neighbour by clicking on their house and u can see ur sim running !loll

sometimes when the neighbour is out,u cant visit their house but u can do this

so yesterday we went to coca cala bottling outside jakarta.we were not allowed to take pict inside the factory.oh my god its huge inside and we can see the whole process from the bottle cleaning,labelling to packing.loll.well actually i can take pict if i want to but i dont wanna get kicked out so i didnt take any.hahaha

can u see that ?its a basketball court compared to the factory,if im not mistaken,its the biggest one in indonesia and they are trying to do something to be the biggest one in south east asia.i was kinda bored and sleepy so didnt pay much attention.hahaahhah.it was actually for technique industrial and IT student,me and m freindwere the only ones from literature department.hahahahhaha

in every corner of the building there are free drink for guests,i swear to god,the fridge was full when we came here.and i took a glance and waslike,free drink free drink ! but since nobody grab some,so i stay calm n cool but then someone start to grab one and everybody did so.hahaha.im sure the fridge holds more than 400 bottles

i grabbed three bottles !of course after i finish mine 1st !haha

i even heard this guy behind me saying he took 5 bottles !lollllll

it was a short visit and just because i get 3 free bottles means im gonna start to like coca cola ,dont try to buy me! hahahaha
